AGREEMENTS TO TERM OF USE

These Terms & Conditions of Use (Terms of Use) apply to general access and use of the InvisHands quotation service for reverse modeling (the Service), which are governed by a separate Services Agreement, the then-current terms of which are incorporated by reference herein.

The InvisHands application (the App) has been established to support the Service, and by using this App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all then-current Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App or the Service. InvisHands also reserves the rights to terminate access or use of the App following any violation of these Terms of Use, or InvisHands’ other rights, or for any use that is otherwise illegal, harmful or inappropriate.

COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS

The copyrights, trademarks and all other intellectual property law rights in all material provided on this App belong to InvisHands or its licensors. Except as authorized below, none of this material may be reproduced, copied, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of InvisHands.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy sets out InvisHands policy with regard to the use and disclosure of identifiable information collected by InvisHands from users of the App, excluding proprietary information that customers may submit to InvisHands when requesting, which is subject to the Customer.

InvisHands only collects personally identifiable information (such as e-mail address and name) about users of the App that is voluntarily submitted by the user (you) as part of the registration process. InvisHands will retain the registration information you submit in a specific file. InvisHands may, with your permission, send you communications from time to time regarding its services, as well as periodic InvisHands marketing or promotional communications. If you do not wish to receive such information from InvisHands, you may opt-out of these communications at any time by sending an e-mail to info@invishands.com.
InvisHands will not disclose your personally identifiable information to any third parties, except to the extent such disclosure is: (a) required by applicable laws or regulations or by court or administrative order, or (b) required by an Invishands reseller (GIHA member) that you consent to work with.

InvisHands reserves the right to track non-personal information about your use of its App. A users IP address may be used for marketing or advertising purposes; for system administration purposes; and to track a user’s session, in order to enhance future App use and improvements.
This Privacy Policy will remain in effect unless and until an amended policy is posted on the App.

Disclaimers

Your use of the App is at your own risk. InvisHands makes no warranties or representations as to the App and assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions therein. As access and use of the Internet can never be 100% secure, InvisHands also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damage to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to or use of the App.

Access and Use of Information and Password

When you become a registered customer, you will sign in by using your e-mail address and a password, which will be for your use only. You must not share your password or disclose it to third parties. You are responsible for all access to and use of the App using your e-mail address and password. Customers whose employees or agents have used the Customers e-mail address and password for the App will be deemed to have authorized any access, use or misuse of this App (including without limitation all orders placed through the Service) by such employees or agents or any person using their e-mail address or password. Access to this Site is limited to viewing the linked service process tap solely for legitimate business purposes to access the information provided by InvisHands at this App and to use the Services. Any access or attempt to access other areas of the InvisHands computer system or other information contained on the system for any purposes is strictly prohibited. InvisHands reserves the right in its discretion to suspend or cancel your registered customer status at any time without notice. Upon such cancellation, you will no longer be permitted to access the App.
All intellectual property law rights in the App content are owned by InvisHands and are hereby reserved. InvisHands hereby authorizes you to make a reasonable number of copies of App content for your internal use in learning about, evaluating, or acquiring Services. You agree that any copy made must include the notice 2010 InvisHands. All Rights Reserved. No other permission is granted to you to print, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, upload, download, store, perform, display in public, alter, or modify the content contained on or in this App.

Indemnity

In consideration of your access to the App, you shall indemnify and hold harmless InvisHands from and against any loss, liability, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) suffered or incurred by InvisHands arising from your breach of these Terms of Use, or your negligent, willful, fraudulent or unlawful act or omission in connection with your use of the App.
