Account Manager

InvisHands is looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding quota in technical sales to help grow our customer base and make them wildly successful. Through a combination of responding to inbound inquires and developing existing accounts, the person in this role will bring the right combination of energy, product expertise and sales skills to quickly manage accounts from lead to close.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed quota by successfully positioning the InvisHands service and managing customer relationships
  • Effectively qualify and respond to a high volume of inbound inquires
  • Manage leads and forecasts through proficient use of salesforce.com
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in all aspects of customer interactions
  • Deliver outstanding service demonstration, with technical depth to resolve a variety customer issues
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth startup environment

Experience / Skills:

  • BS or BA with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Experience in using CAD/CAM software required
  • Professional sales experience required
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills required
  • Experience with 3D scanning and/or NURBS surfacing preferred
  • Native-level English required; Korean language skills preferred

Mechanical Design Engineer

The Mechanical Design Engineer plays a key role in support of the mechanical reverse engineering to customers throughout world-wide.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, technically-savvy with a broad mechanical engineering knowledge. The main overview of the job is to provide independently or under direction as appropriate a professional technical modeling service for customer`s needs. You will need experience in CATIA, Simens NX, ProE or any other CAD software. You will be well organized and able to communicate effectively with customers, senior management, both internal and external. Responsibilities:

  • Established Mechanical Design Engineer
  • Educated to graduate level and with experience of mechanical engineering and/or mechanical engineering design.
  • Provide first class service to all customers
  • Effectively articulate complex information regarding mechanical design to a variety of technical and non-technical users
  • You must be independent and a self-starter, able to plan and carry out your work with little supervision and with the ability to deliver effective results in short timescales

Product Marketing

InvisHands is looking for an exceptional product marketing contributor to help fuel the growth of our business. The person in this role will have the experience and background to plan and execute InvisHands’ growth in key markets by creating the positioning and strategy to help the company achieve its goals. Partnering with the sales and engineering organizations, the product marketer will manage product launches, create collateral and web assets to assist the sales cycle, and will advise on the right combination of features, pricing and markets that will maximize the product’s potential. With ability to strongly impact both the company and the industry, the person in this role will have the skills to succeed in a fast paced startup environment and to execute independently on a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop positioning and pricing for key products
  • Manage all aspects of product launches, including messaging, PR and events
  • Mature and accelerate the company’s sales model through analysis and hands on assistance in developing sales rep’s skills
  • Create presentations, case studies, web copy and other collateral
  • Own the competitive and market analysis for all company products
  • Conduct customer research and analyze usage patterns to inform marketing message
  • Participate in conceiving, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns

Experience / Skills:

  • 3+ years in high technology product marketing or equivalent experience
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS market, key players and strategies
  • Track record of success and high quality work product in marketing role

Desktop GUI Engineer

We’re looking for someone who is smart, motivated, and creative to join our small team of hackers to work on making the next generation of InvisHands App simple and easy to use for everybody.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and polishing desktop graphical user interfaces for the three major platforms (Windows, Mac, and Linux)
  • Work with product designers and engineers to ensure a consistent look and feel
  • Designing GUI mockups for the InvisHands client
  • Identify and communicate best practices for front-end desktop engineering

Experience / Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of modern GUI toolkits (Cocoa, Win32, GTK)
  • Fluent in C/C++
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science

Web Engineer

InvisHands is looking for a web engineer who can dish out the same quality and reliability our users have come to expect from InvisHands. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, fun environment, and your work will be seen daily by millions of people.

Responsibilities:

  • Build new web-based features and interfaces for the InvisHands service.
  • Redefine and iterate on website interfaces to make InvisHands the seamless experience that users enjoy.
  • Code primarily in Python, HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
  • Participate in code reviews.
  • Work with the InvisHands analytics team to continuously improve the presentation and mining of important company, product, and user metrics.
  • Enhance our web-based administration and customer support interfaces.

Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or demonstrated hacking chops.
  • You have built some impressive, non-trivial web applications by hand.
  • There are lots of people here that care about one pixel. You should too.
  • Frontend work with Javascript, CSS, and middle-tier applications layer and database work.
  • Unix/Linux experience.
  • You don’t have to be a good designer, but you have good design taste.
  • You know and can admit when something is not great. You can recognize that something you’ve done needs improvement.
  • Can translate good design to web work.

Technical Support Engineer

Our support department needs your help. Support representatives are responsible for providing first class service to customers, as well as providing relevant solutions to their needs.

Ideally, you can take an angry customer and turn them around in one phone call or email. You are knowledgeable, tech-savvy, resourceful, and possess a friendly character with a velvet tongue.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first class service to all customers
  • Successfully resolve customer e-mail and telephone inquiries through the use of multiple user support tools
  • Assisting customers with inquiries while providing consultative support and recommendations
  • Effectively articulate complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical users
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction
  • Keep customer support queues low and maintain a steady support pace
  • Troubleshoot and drive customer support requests to a satisfactory resolution

Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
  • 2-3 years of experience in internet support
  • Must be highly technical and experienced in using and supporting desktop software
  • Must relate and empathize with customers and their needs, especially if they are frustrated or angry
  • Must be very friendly and likable
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical problems in “customer friendly” language
  • Excellent work ethic – high output (i.e. 100+ tickets a day) and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about making customers happy
  • Expert in the use of at least two of the following operating systems: Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, Ubuntu Linux
  • Fluency in one or more of the following languages is a plus: Korean, Japanese, German.
